Essential amino acids are necessary for the human body. However, our bodies either cannot produce them at all or can produce only limited amounts, which are insufficient. For this reason, it is important to ensure that we obtain them from external sources in sufficient quantities and in the correct proportions.

BioTech EAA Zero 350 g - Dosage
All flavors:
- Mix 1 serving (14 g = 2 heaping scoops = 1 heaping tablespoon) of the product with 400 ml of water in a shaker
- Take 1 serving 15 minutes before your workout
- On non-workout days, take 1 serving between meals
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
Tonic flavor:
- Mix 1 serving (14 g = 3 scoops = 2 tablespoons) of the product with 400 ml of still water in a shaker, or mix with 200 ml of still water and then add 200 ml of sparkling water to the mixture
- Take 1 serving daily
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage
