Available in a zesty and refreshing orange flavour and a tangy thirst quenching lemon-lime flavour, the effervescent tablet dissolves easily in plain water, no need to shake it, just throw it in and you're done.
ENDURANCE ELECTROLYTE TABLETS have been carefully developed to meet the demands of performance athletes to ward off the effects of dehydration. It is widely recognized that effective hydration levels support optimal performance and muscle function during strenuous exercise, in warm environments or during activities that take place over extended periods of time. However, water alone is not enough to maintain this complex system of optimal hydration and electrolyte balance and our seamless solution dissolves quickly in water to provide a functional hydration solution.
If fluid and electrolyte losses during and after activity are not replenished, dehydration occurs. This electrolyte imbalance combined with fluid loss causes detrimental physiological effects that affect performance and the ability to adequately recover - typical avoidable side effects include increased body temperature, decreased nutrient absorption, increased heart rate, increased carbohydrate loss and increased muscle loss along with a sharp decline in performance.
