Applied Nutrition Cream Of Rice 1000 g - Dosage
- Option 1: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 100-150 ml boiling water. Stir well and allow to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Stir again and taste good.
- Option 2: Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 100-150 ml of cold water or milk and mix well. Place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and good taste.
- Scoop is for guidance only, a scale is recommended.
